I hear very few successful people talking about the in-between stage. There is always a story of rags to riches, but there is inherently several steps in-between that.
They needed to step outside of their comfort zone, & take a massive risk or set of risks, not knowing when or how it was going to turn out.
To truly manifest the dreams I hold in my heart,
I have to show up in a way I never have before.
I have to let myself be seen in a way I haven't allow the public to see.
Unfortunately, visibility can feel like a threat when your nervous system is stuck in protection mode. Que the doom scroll, and avoidance.
We all have something called the Reticular Activating System in our brain—it filters our reality.
If your body is in a state of fear, stress, or survival, you’ll interpret the world through that lens.
What your body believes matters more than what you think.
If your body doesn't feel safe, you won't feel free to expand.
I’ve always believed that once I achieve the thing—the income, the family, the milestones—then I’ll finally get to truly relax.
But while meditating today, I heard a message loud and clear:
"Relax... and then you'll receive."
This is a truth I am anchoring in.
I’m actively practicing relaxing into the version of me I’m becoming—not chasing it with stress, and force.
I don't have all the answers but what I do know is that
this isn’t just a mindset shift. It’s a full-body rewire.
A daily effort to settling into my body with grace and ease to live a more present life. To not be afraid to feel it all.
Here’s what I’m committing to this Summer Solstice season:
🌿 Nervous System Anchors:
Meditation (even when my mind races)
Journaling (getting clear on what I want)
Breathwork (fasted way to shift from fight or flight to rest & digest)
Qigong & intuitive movement (clear energy blocks)
Nature walks (barefoot, slow, noticing beauty)
Because when I don’t do these things, the old stress creeps right back in so fast.
What I'm doing tonight and offer to you:
🔥 1. Write + Burn (Release Ritual)
Write down what you're ready to release—old patterns, doubts, habits.
Then (safely) burn the paper and let the smoke carry it away.
“I release what no longer serves my becoming.”
🌞 2. Sunset Gratitude Walk
Take a barefoot walk or sit outside at sunset.
🕯 3. Light a Candle + Visualize
Light a candle and visualize your next chapter.
Feel into the warmth of what you're calling in.
🌻 4. Move Your Body with Intention
Put on music and move your desires through your body—shake, sway, dance, stretch.
