Life Update & April Events!

~April Has Arrived~

It has been some time since I wrote a newsletter and for good reason. This butterfly had decided to break out of her cocoon, spread her wings, and FLY.

I am in the process of selling my home.

A decision I have mulled over for years now, and there is this very obvious, necessary acceptance, that did not dawn on me until now.

Someone else has complete control of my fate.

I am entirely reliant on their decision to release me of this ownership.

I have done everything in my power to make this as tantalizing as possible to purchase.

So I must wait, and trust, and see what happens.

It is so easy to complain, to blame, to allow this to be the determining factor of my joy and mood.

And here lies the greatest teacher.

Practicing what I preach, knowing that there is another way of looking at this.

There is a view point that is beyond the human mind.

There is a higher power and plan working in my favor.

I have the power of my consciousness to harness the reality I want, and desire.

The hard truth that reality is inherently neutral.

That the only thing blocking my peace, is myself.

This can feel like the most freeing and daunting realization.

Requiring radical self responsibility, and trust in the unknown.

I am honored to be on this ride, and continue to focus on what is here now.

A deep desire for authentic joy, and honesty within myself and others.

To let go of what 'should' have been.

To accept what is.

Moving forward with grace.

I feel confident in that fact that my peace, salvation, and inner happiness creates a ripping effect.

& yours does to.

We will harness the powerful Aries Energy and move it through the body. This will ignite your personal power and call back where you have given it away.

Together we’ll use EFT tapping and intuitive somatic movement to release stored tension, fear, and old patterns held in the body.

The experience will close with a grounding sound bath and guided meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and integrate this fiery energy into calm confidence, clarity, and embodied trust.
